Payment for our medical care is expected at the time service is rendered. If costs pose a hardship please bring it up with our billing office personnel. If your insurance plan requires co-pay we must collect it at the time the services are rendered. Additionally, in an effort to restrict spending of healthcare dollars, and to assure quality control in patient care, many insurers have made the approval of medications, procedures, and other healthcare benefits very time consuming.
Our office will intercede when it is reasonable and we will help inform you about the process when we can. Please be prepared to do your part in helping us cope with this bureaucracy.
