Directions:

 

From South St. Petersburg:

  • Take I-275 to Roosevelt Boulevard/SR-686-W. via exit number 30 toward Largo/Clearwater.

  • Stay to left on exit ramp following signs towards Clearwater airport/SR-686-W.

  • Once on Roosevelt (SR-686-W) take your first right at the traffic light onto 28th Street, which becomes Lake Carillon Drive.

  • Continue on Lake Carillon Drive until you see the Carillon Outpatient Center on your left.

From Clearwater:

  • Take the Bayside Bridge toward Largo/St. Pete-Clearwater Airport.

  • Turn left onto Roosevelt Boulevard/SR-686 E.

  • Follow Roosevelt Boulevard/SR-686 E., which becomes Ulmerton Road/SR-688 E.

  • Continue east on Ulmerton Road/SR-688.

  • Turn right onto Carillon Parkway W.

  • Turn left onto Carillon Parkway.

  • The Carillon Outpatient Center is immediately on the left.

From Largo/Pinellas Park:

  • Take Ulmerton Road/SR-688 E.

  • Turn right onto Carillon Parkway W.

  • Turn left onto Carillon Parkway.

  • The Carillon Outpatient Center is immediately on the left.

From Tampa:

  • Take I-275 S. over the Howard Frankland Bridge.

  • Merge onto Ulmerton Road/SR-688 W. via exit number 31B toward Largo.

  • Turn left onto Carillon Parkway W.

  • Turn left onto Carillon Parkway.
